Angel's Envy Cellar Collection Volume 006 is a highly anticipated, limited-edition straight rye whiskey finished in a dual combination of peach brandy and toasted oak barrels. Released in October 2026, approximately 36,000 bottles of this 750 ml release were distributed nationwide.
Product Specifications & Flavor Profile
- Proof & ABV: Bottled at 106.4 proof (53.2% ABV).
- Flavor Profile: Reviewers note that while the peach brandy lends a subtle orchard fruit sweetness and a floral lift, it avoids becoming an overly sweet "fruit bomb". The secondary finish in toasted oak barrels grounds the spirit, providing a balanced structure with standard rye baking spices
