Pinhook 11 Year BBS Single Barrel Bourbon — 2nd in Our 10–16 Year BondedBottleShop Series

This Bonded Bottle Shop single barrel is also the SECOND in a 7-year series of Bonded Bottle Shop Bourbons that we've committed to with Pinhook. This one gets a small proof bump to 113.8p, but a BIG bump in complexity and structure.

This one retains the dessert-like experience of the 10-Year but adds maturity and complexity to the sip.
Nose: Vanilla Syrup, White Pepper, Orange Marmalade, and Bright Oak
Palate: Nougat, Brûléed Caramel, Ripe Strawberry, Almond and Red Hots
Finish: Long and Lingering with Toasted Oak, deep rich sweetness and cinnamon

As these Vertical Series barrels get older, the yield will get less each year until the final and most rare 16th year! As we get to year 14, 15, and 16, these are going to become more desirable and harder to get, but there's a way to guarantee that you get a shot every year, all the way to year 16!

Every customer that buys this year's 11 year bottle, will be given the first shot at next year's 12 year. Those that by the 11 and the 12 year, will get first shot at the 13 year, and so on. Get in now, as we will be offering the higher year bottles at a HUGE value, but only to those that got in to support BBS in these early drops.

The Pinhook Vertical Series is one of the most significant experiences a bourbon enthusiast can have as it offers the change to truly experience what it's like to taste a bourbon every year as it matures and changes. This is already a delicious MGP bourbon with a 75/20.5/4.5 mash bill. This bourbon features burnt orange, brioche, butterscotch, and clove, and a rich palate of brandied cherry, salted caramel, candied pecan, and cinnamon stick.
