Don Fulano Añejo is a highly acclaimed, 100% estate-grown blue agave tequila known for its deep complexity, rich fruit notes, and strictly additive-free production. Cultivated by the Fonseca family—fifth-generation agave farmers—the agave is harvested in the Highlands of Jalisco and distilled at the famous La Tequileña distillery (NOM 1146) in the town of Tequila.

Production & Aging Details
- Unique Barrel Aging: Rather than using standard American white oak, Don Fulano Añejo is aged for a minimum of 30 months in a grand coupage of French Limousin and Nevers oak casks that previously held Burgundy and Loire valley wines.
- Distillation Process: It relies on a unique blend of mostly copper pot still distillation combined with a small portion of column still distillation. They also blend both bagaso (agave fibers) and non-bagaso fermented must, a technique inspired by fine wine-making
