• Taste Notes: It features a signature sweet profile with dominant notes of caramel, cream frosting, and roasted agave, followed by salted cashews and a hint of dark chocolate. 
• Agave Details: Made from wild Agave americana var. oaxacensis, which can take 20 to 25 years to mature and weigh up to 1,000 pounds. 
• Process: Harvested in Sola de Vega and roasted in large underground pits, it is double-distilled in copper stills.
