The 2026 release of Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon Whiskey is a limited-edition, cask-strength Texas straight bourbon with a bold flavor profile of burnt marshmallows, black pepper, and stone fruits, bottled at a high 70.5% ABV (141 proof). Tasting notes for the 2026 release, which is the 12th annual edition, are as bold as they are complex, opening with burnt wood and gun smoke before giving way to a warming finish layered with dried stone fruit and caramelized sugar.
