Laphroaig Quarter Cask Single Malt Scotch

Laphroaig Quarter Cask is a non-age statement (NAS) Islay single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 48% ABV. It is distinguished by a double maturation process: after initial aging in ex-bourbon barrels, the spirit is transferred to smaller, 19th-century-style "quarter casks". This smaller cask size increases the wood-to-spirit contact by up to 60%, which accelerates maturation and adds layers of creamy sweetness and spice to Laphroaig's signature medicinal peat.
