• Mash Bill: 99% corn and 1% malted barley. Because of this heavily corn-dominant composition and its aging process, it functionally drinks and presents like a well-aged American Light Whiskey. 
• Distillation & Aging: Distilled at the MGP / Ross & Squibb Distillery in Indiana and patiently aged for 18 years in used/seasoned ex-bourbon barrels. 
• Proof: Bottled at a bold 121 proof (60.5% ABV)

• Nose: Rich, highly sweet, and dessert-like. It features distinct aromas of vanilla frosted cinnamon rolls, caramel corn, buttery Werther's hard candy, and sweet sugar maple with a very light oak background. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Palate: Full-bodied, velvety, and surprisingly smooth ("crushable") despite the 121 proof.
