Paladar comes from one of the last independent founding families of tequila — 7-year Blue Weber agave from their own fields, made the slow way. "El Papi" is their Día de Muertos limited edition: a holiday release made for the ofrenda and the after-party. Our label is a nod to both the Kentucky bourbon and Mexican tequila that came together to create this fantastic reposado. - Do you see it? 

If you're a fan of Rare Character, then you'll know that aging this tequila in recently dumped Rare Character Kentucky Bourbon barrels is why it's SO good. This one aged for nearly a year, 3 times longer than standard Paladar Reposado.
