Nose : Leads With A Smoky Woodiness (Ash In A Wood Burning Stove, Dry Firewood) Before Becoming A Little Minerally (Wet River Rocks, Warm Mud) With Fresh Pine Tar And A Grounded Sweetness A La Banana Chips. Palate : Bright And Vegetal With Yellow Fruits, Cracked Pepper, Celery Salt, Smoked Rhubarb, And A Warm Caramel Softness. After Subsequent Sips The Flavors Become Quite Malty (Think Ovaltine) With Buttered Scones And Milk Chocolate. Finish : Moderate Length With Lingering Wood Smoke, Echoes Of Cracked Pepper, And Celery Soda.
