The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is the sixth and final release in The Macallan's limited-edition Harmony series, officially launched globally on August 4, 2026. Developed in collaboration with the renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca, this non-age-stated single malt focuses on tropical profiles drawn entirely from natural cask maturation.

Flavor Profile
The Whisky Mastery Team utilized a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry-seasoned American oak casks. The specific wood selection relies on high levels of natural oak lactones to draw out a distinct coconut character rarely seen in typical Macallan profiles.
- Nose: Fresh coconut, zesty lime, lemon, orange, mango, papaya, vanilla, sweet oak, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Palate: Sweet lime, vanilla sponge cake, desiccated coconut, icing sugar, coconut milk, and dried tropical fruits.
- Finish: A burst of lingering coconut and floral honey.
Sustainable Packaging
Continuing the Harmony Collection's focus on material innovation, the presentation box is crafted out of recycled material given a second life. It incorporates discarded coconut coir and shells. The fibers undergo an emission-free combustion process that chars the waste into charcoal, giving the packaging its distinct natural black hue.
