TASTING NOTES - Fruity & earthy aromas on the nose along with oak, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, & minerals. Volans conveys a rich and buttery mouthfeel with flavors of agave, subtle oak, caramel, with a sweet and peppered finish.

PRODUCTION NOTES - The newest member of the Volans Family is our Reposado Tequila. It is ‘rested’ in used American white oak bourbon barrels for under one year. This imparts complexity, aromas, & flavors.
