Whiskey Valor x BAWS Found North Season 005 Charity Barrel - Sticker and Challenge Coin

Whiskey Valor Foundation has partnered with Barrel Aged Whiskey Society (BAWS) of Orlando, FL, to release Found North Whisky Season 005: European Finishing Casks Ruby Port Finished Single Barrel. Proceeds support Whiskey Valor’s mission to assist veterans and their families.

Season 005 features a blend of 10–20-year-old whiskies and marks a return to a higher rye grain ratio in Found North’s single barrels. By weaving together five distinct components, this core blend creates a complex tapestry of oxidized sweet corn profiles, balanced by earthy, subtle spice notes from the rye. In collaboration with Midwest Barrel Company, Found North selected rich, densely saturated finishing casks from various styles, allowing us to extract a broad spectrum of flavors to include chocolate, leather, and caramel.

This Whiskey Valor x BAWS release is personalized with a compass sticker featuring the 10-digit Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) coordinate of Orlando’s central point—home of BAWS—and includes an exclusive challenge coin, limited to the barrel’s yield. While barrels selected by Found North typically feature a declination, we chose to highlight an MGRS coordinate as a special nod to Whiskey Valor’s veteran-centric mission.

This barrel yields 276 bottles and is bottled at 55.45% ABV.
