Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an award-winning, small-batch bourbon (90 proof) made in Washington state using locally sourced grains from the Omlin Family Farm (72% corn, 22% rye, 6% malted barley). It features a unique, heavily charred, and open-air seasoned oak barrel aging process that imparts notes of caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean.
